Gerard Butler’s upcoming action thriller, airplaneits release date has been moved up by two weeks (via Limit). The film, which was previously scheduled to open on January 27, 2023, will now open on January 13. The release date shift comes after the movie received a meme-like reaction from fans on social media after watching the trailer before the recent blockbusters. This new release date means that the plane will face a Warner Bros. reboot. House Party, Columbia Pictures’ A Man Called Otto starring Tom Hanks, and Samuel Goldwyn Films’ The Devil Conspiracy all hit the box office.

After most of the passengers are taken hostage by dangerous rebels, the only person Torrance can count on for help is Louis Gaspard (Mike Colter), an accused murderer who has been taken in by the FBI. To save the passengers, Torrance will need Gaspare’s help and the knowledge that there is more to Gaspare than meets the eye.

Moviegoers reaction to airplane The trailer went viral on social media after they saw the trailer before Glass Onion. Many took to social media to comment about how theaters ended up laughing at the movie’s title, though many also pointed out that even with the cringe-worthy title, it was a movie they definitely plan to go back and see. Now they will be able to do it a little earlier.
